Grammy just sent this photo to us. While we were in Arizona, we visited Rica's granddad in the White Mountains where we caught some trout. Granddad smoked them using apple wood. Tasty!!! At least we thought so. Rica wasn't so sure.

Rica actually took a bite of it and had to be persuaded to give up the skin as she thought it was pretty tasty! She really liked smoked trout!
