OK, so it seems we've delayed posting new photos of Lia for about two months (a bit more than half of her life so far.) Not sure we'll be able to make up all the lost time, but at least we can post a few of the photos from the summer.
Perhaps most importantly, Lia really started to smile (which made up for the fair share of screaming she did for much of the summer, though things have improved on that front as well).
She has also started "playing" (or at least looking) at various toys.
Though ultimately she still prefers being held, and luckily there were plenty of takers...
Some of them even flew in from London ;-)
Rica got her share of being carried around...
Though most of her fun was much more dynamic, such as her almost daily baths in the fountains in the main square in Sibiu (usually followed by eating gelato while being wheeled around in her stroller)
Swimming in the salt lakes in Ocna...
Thrashing around in Omama's garden
Making vinete with Mosu (we'll try to post a video of this lovely ritual sometime soon.)
And just generally having a lovely time with her grandparents, parents and her baby sister (more on this in a post coming very soon.)

What great photos and what a happy time Rica had in Sibiu. Of course you are seriously behind in posting photos of Lia and she will remind you continuously when she's old enough to figure it out!!
