Belated Halloween!

Ok, we know it's Thanksgiving by now but we figured better late than never, so here are a few photos from Lia's first Halloween ever, and from Rica's first real trick-or-treat experience...The first few photos are from a pre-Halloween party some friends of ours organized in the neighborhood. Lia was dressed as a caterpillar, which was very cute but apparently also pretty claustrophobic, so she only lasted about half an hour.
Meanwhile Rica and Santiago were both dressed as bumblebees and had a great time running around the party... and occasionally participating in the multitude of fun kids activities our hosts had prepared.

A few days later, they had a Halloween parade in Rica's daycare, where Rica showed some real leadership potential and dragged some poor boy very resolutely behind her.

Finally, there was the actual Halloween ritual in our neighborhood, which consisted in trying to find a break in the rain to go to a few neighbors' houses together with Amelia (and her Dad, Jeremy) and getting a fair amount of candy (which they luckily did not eat in the end...)
